Seasonal agreement
A consultancy model for the full season, with an approximate duration of 10 months. This may include:
- Initial assessment

- Review of load, recovery and availability
Project-based agreement
For clubs that do not want a full-season contract.
- Squad screening
- Assessment of injured players

Monthly support agreement
A more flexible model with a monthly fee and agreed support.
This may include:
- Online meetings

Training agreement
Internal training for the club or federation staff.

- One-day workshop

Process from first contact to starting work
First contact
The club, federation or sports organization contacts INNOVA through the website form, email, phone or direct contact.
Initial meeting
We schedule a first meeting to understand:
- Type of organization
- Number of teams or players
- Competitive level
- Main needs
- Frequent injuries
- Internal resources
- Competitive calendar
- Project objectives
Context analysis
We review the available information:
- Injury history
- Load data
- GPS
- Wellness
- Medical reports
- Active rehabilitation processes
- Staff organization
- Facilities and available resources
Personalized proposal
We design a proposal adapted to the club:
- Services included
- Follow-up frequency
- In-person, online or hybrid format
- Number of players / teams
- Communication leads
- Deliverables

Initial screening / audit
Once the project begins, we carry out an initial assessment of the players or squad.
The objective is to create a clear profile of each player and detect intervention priorities.
Intervention plan
Based on the results, we design:
- Individual plans
- Pre- / post-training routines
- Pre- / post-match routines
- Injury prevention proposals
- Recovery proposals

Integration with the staff
We share the information with the medical, technical and performance staff so that the intervention does not run in parallel, but is integrated into the club’s daily workflow.

The frequency can be weekly, biweekly, monthly or adapted to the project.
