What services does INNOVA offer to clubs, teams and federations?
We carry out a complete analysis of the player or squad to identify deficits, risk factors and individual needs
- Injury history and pain mapping
- Previous load analysis and competitive profile
- Review of GPS data, wellness data and individual response to load
- Movement quality assessment
- Neuromechanical profile
- Running and sprint biomechanics analysis
- Dynamic strength profile
- Tissue capacity assessment
- Structural balance of the foot-ankle, knee and hip
- Assessment of specific deficits based on injury history
- Biomarkers, nutrition and microbiota when required by the project
We design individualized strategies to reduce injury risk and improve player availability throughout the season. The goal is not only to “treat injuries”, but to anticipate problems before they become time-loss injuries. We work specially on:
- Hamstrings
- Adductors
- Groin pain / athletic pubalgia
- Recurrent muscle injuries
- Knee injuries
- Long-term injuries
- Strength, mobility, motor control and load tolerance deficits
- Fatigue, recovery and the player’s systemic health status
We support injury processes from the initial stages through to the return to performance.
This includes:
- Advanced physiotherapy diagnosis
- Immediate treatment in the acute phase
- Advanced technology: INDIBA, Zimmer, BFR, neuromodulation, force platforms, dynamometry and measurement software
- Rehabilitation planning
- Progression criteria monitoring
- Design of the final return-to-play phase
- Coordination with the club’s medical, physiotherapy and strength & conditioning staff
Based on the assessment, we establish specific plans for each player:
- Pre-training routines
- Post-training routines
- Pre-match routines
- Post-match routines
- Activation, mobility, strength, prevention, recovery and nutrition according to the individual profile
- Adjustments based on the competitive calendar, fatigue, travel and the player’s response
We can help the club interpret and complement its internal and external load data:
- Daily wellness
- GPS data
- Player load profile
- Individual response to training sessions and matches
- Identification of players at higher risk
- Strategy adjustments based on fatigue, pain, injury history and competitive schedule
This is one of INNOVA’s key differentiating elements. We can integrate:
- Precision nutrition
- Personalized supplementation
- Microbiota analysis
- Biomarkers
- Recovery strategies
- Sleep and circadian rhythms
- Hydration
- Strategies for travel and fixture congestion
- Use of cold, heat, hypoxia, red light or other hormetic stimuli when appropriate within the context
We do not replace the club’s staff. We work as an external layer of specialization. We can provide:
- Regular meetings with staff
- Individual reports
- Treatment proposals
- Injury prevention proposals
- Discussion of complex cases
- Monitoring of at-risk players
- Support in decision-making around load, recovery and return to play
